Wildean woman, elizavictorian (or is that victoribethan?), costume historian, writer, currently lady of leisure, but always self-educating. Aesthete who loves realistic/naturalistic art of all periods. Also fantasy/surrealistic art, as well. I am extroverted, but with a shy side. I'm not good at parties where I don't know a soul. Speaking of souls, I'm a vague believer in reincarnation. I am a social democrat. I care passionately about arts education in our schools. I hate the uglification of our world, the lack of a sense of history. I am a supreme Anglophile, and I love television and movies and music and books.

I shall also be posting both new and old fic of mine. There will be some fan fiction, some slash, and some original fiction. Some of it will be sexually explicit, but I will always put ratings on it. I hope that anyone who stumbles across these offerings will be kind but also give me good, constructive feedback.
